At OAK + FORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
